If your domestic package is not delivered within 10 days of fulfillment, or your international package is not delivered within 30 days, you can claim $5 for the delay. In the unfortunate event that your items are damaged in transit, you can claim up to the full value of your purchase. And if your domestic package is not delivered within 30 days, or your international package is not delivered within 60 days, you can claim the full value of your purchase for loss.
But that's not all - Worry-Free Purchase also includes carbon offsets for any carbon emissions produced within the recipient's destination country. We are committed to reducing our environmental impact and are proud to offer this added benefit to our customers.
